Game progress is stored on Microsoft Azure servers (via PlayFab) and Google Cloud servers (via Firebase). Local device storage is used to cache your game state for offline access. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all server communication.
Your game data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Anonymous accounts with no activity for 24 months may be automatically deleted.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
